Andrei Fumurescu is a Texas-based law student pursuing his JD at the University of Houston Law Center. With a strong work ethic and a passion for serving his country, Andrei Fumurescu aspires to use his skills and proficiency in litigation to advocate for people in his community. His interests include litigation and the evolving interface between court procedures and technology.

Upon completing high school, Mr. Fumurescu focused on the culinary arts and held a position as a grill cook at a busy restaurant for several years. He subsequently earned acceptance to the University of Houston business program and excelled in undergraduate studies, maintaining a 3.98 GPA and graduating summa cum laude. Taking part in the Program for Excellence in Sales, he managed sales for a bi-annual golf tournament. He exceeded revenue goals by more than 200 percent by providing companies with advertising and sponsorship opportunities and getting people to join in as competitors.

Mr. Fumurescu also undertook a corporate project with Reynolds & Reynolds focused on strategies for attracting more graduate students to the firm. Crafting and distributing surveys on campus, Andrei Fumurescu’s team conveyed key findings directly to Reynolds & Reynolds in a formal corporate presentation. The institution subsequently implemented some of the proposed solutions.
